From a little boy impressioned by his Great Grandfather, Louisiana Native Chef Dedrick Donnell has always had the desire to cook. After serving 16 years in The United States Navy, Chef set out on a journey to find who he was. In the end, it always came back to food & in early 2017 he Founded: Fresh Cuisine Inc. a meal prep/Private Chef Venture. After much success Chef still had the yearning to "be more". With food being a passion, he had to figure out why he practiced certain procedures in his cooking style so in 2019 he enrolled at The Culinary Institute LeNotre & his journey began to be whole while linking the French techniques to his beloved Creole background. From being a Culinary Producer on Top Chef (Houston) to cooking for Illustrious stars, Chef Donnell is quickly making his culinary mark on the world.
