Wine & Food Week FAQ
Where is Wine & Food Week being held?
In the beautiful suburban area of Houston Texas - The Woodlands! The multiple events within the Wine & Food week will be at several different locations within The Woodlands area - those locations will be disclosed on each individual event description on the Wine & Food Week website.
Do you accept credit cards or checks?
We do not accept personal checks. We only accept all major credit cards: Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express. To purchase a ticket at the door of an event, we accept cash as well as credit cards. You must be 21+ with a valid ID to purchase tickets and attend the event.
What is your lost / return / exchange policy?
Tickets purchased online will be emailed to you. Should you misplace the email, please contact us and we will re-send the email over to you.
There are no refunds for any reason. All ticket sales are final and nonrefundable. All tickets are only good for the event for which they were purchased and cannot be switched for another event.
What is the appropriate ID to get in?
You must be 21+ with a valid ID to purchase tickets and attend the event. All patrons must have their ID’s checked in accordance with TABC regulations regardless of age. Please be prepared to show your ID to the ticket attendant.
The proper IDs to get into the event include:
a Driver License
a Passport
US military Identification card with a photo and birth date.
*Note: the ID cannot be expired at the time of the event.
Can we bring our children, or our pets?
In accordance with TABC rules, no one under the age of 21 is allowed into any of the closed events. Under 21 includes infant, babies, small children, pre-teens and teenagers.
Adult attendee who brings a child with them to the event, will not be admitted to the event.
In accordance with Health Department rules, no animals (with the exception of service animals) will be allowed into the closed events. Animals are allowed in the H-E-B Wine Walk at Market Street area.
What should I wear?
There is no official dress code for Wine & Food Week as a whole. Please dress in accordance with the nature of the event.

Nach-Yo Ordinary Tequila Tasting: Business Casual
Ladies of the Vine: Business
Wine Walk at Market Street: Casual.
All other events are business casual.
What if it rains?
In the event of rain, the event will go on as planned! There will be no refunds, so bring an umbrella and come join us in the rain!
What if I am too intoxicated to drive?
Please drink responsibly! If you are too intoxicated to drive, please contact any of the event staff (anyone carrying a radio, wearing a Food & Vine Time Productions polo, or driving a golf cart) who will be able to help you arrange a ride home.
Are events wheelchair accessible?
Yes, all events are wheelchair accessible. Please note that the Grand Tasting is wheel chair accessible but there will be large crowds and wine and food tasting stations to navigate through and around.
Rules for Entrance to Wine & Food Week Events
Please be prepared to be carded at any age.
Must be 21 years of age to purchase tickets, enter the event and sample alcohol.
No firearms may be brought onto the event grounds.
No bicycles allowed on event grounds.
No pets allowed (only service animals).
No distribution of literature allowed within public easements or on festival grounds.
