Executive Chef, Grazia Italian Kitchen

Chef Steve Haug has been in the restaurant industry since he was 16. Haug has worked everywhere from Florida to Dallas. He started out as a broiler cook and eventually became the Executive Chef at the Del Frisco’s located at the galleria since 2007. Haug fell in love with the concept and vision that is now Grazia Italian Kitchen and joined the team October 2015.
