Sitting on the kitchen counter as a toddler, Rishi Singh absorbed the sights, aromas, and flavors of his mother's Indian cuisine. With a deep appreciation for the cuisine of many cultures, Singh's cooking style can be described as a 'cultural college,' taking elements from different parts of the globe and reassembling them in a thoughtful and nuanced way. Nominated as "Tastemakers Rising Star Chef" in 2014, Chef Singh continues to rise, as the new executive chef at Batanga.
