Sue D'Agostini

Sue came to Clos du Bois in 1998, after spending nine years at Mirassou Vineyards building her skill set in the cellar. Since working her way up from Bulk Wine management to enology to winemaking, she is now responsible for all Clos du Bois white wine production, including Chardonnay, Sauvignon Blanc, and Pinot Grigio, from grape to bottle. Sue manages on- and off-site wine production and an extensive barrel fermentation program using approximately 28,000 barrels.

Originally from England, Sue obtained her undergraduate diploma in Business Management from St. James’ Business College in Dorset. She has since pursued additional wine education through the WSET, receiving her Diploma (Parts A&B) in 1989.
