Mike Riccetti is a Houston-based food writer who has penned three editions of Houston Dining on the Cheap - A Guide to the Best Inexpensive Restaurants in Houston, and co-authored a second title, The Guide to Ridiculously Easy Entertaining. He has also written the e-book From the Antipasto to the Zabaglione – The Story of Italian Restaurants in America. Since 2007, he has been the local Houston editor for the Zagat Survey. He has contributed numerous articles about food, wine and beer in outlets like The Tasting Panel, My Table, Palate Press, Culture, Serious Eats, Draft, Zagat.com and i-Italy.org.  A few years ago My Table named him one of the “100 Houston Tastemakers.”
