Juan is an international student from Venezuela. He is an alumnus of the Culinary Institute LeNôtre Cuisine & Hospitality Management programs, and he is currently enrolled in the Baking & Pastry program. Juan performs the challenging task of balancing tradition and innovation while maintaining the high standards of the world-renowned LeNôtre brand.
