Emily Ellyn is the Home Ec teacher you always wanted and never had! She takes the retro, remixes it and makes it rad. She urges everyone to dig through their mom's recipe boxes, dust off their pressure cookers and crock pots, and take the old and make it new through retro recipe re-do! Emily Ellyn currently divides her time between finishing her Ph.D. in Food Service Education, teaching food and beverage classes, doing consulting work and developing her Retro Rad culinary TV career after competing on The Food Network's "Next Food Network Star."

Tim Hanni, one of the 1st two Americans to earn the title Master of Wine, is the author of "Why You Like the Wines You Like; Changing the way the world things about wine." This paradigm-changing book focuses on expanding wine enjoyment by fostering better communications and eliminating wine and consumer myths.
Hailed by The Walk Street Journal as "The Wine Anti-Snob," Tim is an innovator, researcher and renegade and a relentless crusader against wine snobbery. Hanni is currently a member of the Executive Council of the Institute of Masters of Wine in London and the Board of Directors of the Institute of Masters of Wine North America. He is on faculty at Sonoma State University's Wine Business Institute.
Tim's innovations influenced the wine and restaurant business when he developed the Progressive List.
