Scott Thomas Griffin
Sommelier, Kirby's Prime Steakhouse
Scott has been in the restaurant business for 17 years and with Kirby's for six years. He has been an asset to multiple locations, starting out as a server and working his way up through the company- learning every position along the way. Scott currently holds two titles: Assistant General Manager and Sommelier.
Scott has always had a love for wine, starting his career at a young age selling wine for Olive Garden. He prides himself in having continuing wine education classes to promote the knowledge of his service and bar staff.
Scott is known to get off of work late and cook a meal to just wind down; spending time with family and friends is of the utmost importance.
