Executive Chef Peter Moore has been with The Ritz-Carlton Hotel Company for nine years and he has accumulated numerous accolades as a chef and a culinary instructor.
A native of the United Kingdom, Moore began his career overseas in four star hotels and then moved to the United States in 1992 to work at The Ritz-Carlton, Washington (D.C.) followed by the company's hotels in Tysons Corner (Virginia), Rose Hall (Jamaica), Pentagon City (Virginia) and Kansas City (Kansas).
Moore was also the Course Instructor at L'Academie de Cuisine in Maryland and most recently worked as the Executive Chef of the Baltimore Country Club in Maryland. His extensive international culinary expertise makes him the perfect Executive Chef for a city renowned for its culinary heritage.
