Ledersan Erdmann moved to the United States 10 years ago from Brazil. His culinary style is a direct influence of his upbringing. The style of Churrasco is a traditional technique practiced by the men from the South known as Gauchos. Ledersan prefers to keep foods simple and enjoy the natural flavors food has to offer.
Raised in a small town in the Southern part of Brazil, Ledersan likes to bring the style and simplicity of his hometown to everything he prepares.
