Jeff Kunde, Kunde Estate Winery & Vineyards
Jeff Kunde serves as Chairman of the Board and partner for Kunde Estate Winery & Vineyards. He travels extensively around the United States to promote the Kunde Estate brand of signature wines and its winegrowing legacy. "I have always lived on this land, and in my role as Board Director, I show it to people from all over the world and get to see how special it is through their eyes."
Previously, Jeff held the position of National Sales Director promoting the family's new winery, which was founded in 1990. Grapes from the Kunde Estate had been used in premium wines throughout Sonoma and Napa. The decision to build a winery was one that Jeff embraced. Jeff was instrumental in taking the winery's sales from 4,000 cases in 1991 to more than 100,000 cases in 2000.
Jeff has served on the Board of Directors of the Sonoma County Convention and Visitors Bureau, the Sonoma County Grape Growers Association, the Sonoma Country Farm Bureau, the Sonoma County Wineries Association, and the Wine Institute. He remains actively involved in the community his family has called home since 1904.
Jeff lives with his wife and three children minutes away from the winery. He received his B.S. in Agriculture from California State University, Chico
