Executive Chef Brian O'Neill McNamara, age 36, born in Vicksburg Mississippi, and raised in Texas, grew up amazed by watching his Grandfather and Father cook cuisine of all tastes, textures and cultures. He makes it his passion to understand, create and pass down to others what he has learned.

Brian has been involved in the food industry for over sixteen years and received his credentials not only from the Galveston College's Culinary Program, Le Cordon Bleu London, and The Art Institute of Houston. Brian displayed his creativity and passion for food while working at various well-known restaurants along the Gulf Coast and later as Executive Chef for both Massa's Restaurant and Massa's Seafood Grill for six years.

Brian has been currently working for Executive Chef/Proprietor, and Iron Chef America Winner, Kent Rathbun for the past five years as Chef of Jasper's Restaurant in the Woodlands TX.
