Bernard Fantoli, Occidental Grand Aruba
Bernard Fantoli is a world class chef that had literally been a chef around the globe. He has been the executive chef in Cameroon, Egypt, China, France, Belgium, Barbados and Aruba. His culinary education has also taken him around the world to cities such as Godinne and Ostend in Belgium, Paris, Cairo, Hong Kong, Miami and Aruba.
Bernard is a professional Member of "Les toques blanches international",of France and "L'académie culinaire de France", of Benelux. Since 2007 he has been the Kitchen Director at Occidental Grand Aruba for six restaurants: L'Olio, El Olvido, Zen, The Palms, Desire, and The Royal.
