Chef Casey Simmons prepares the perfect pairings for Kunde Estate Wines. Jeff Kunde will guide participants through his family's ultra-premium, estate-grown wines that are sustainably farmed in the finest traditions of Northern California's renowned Sonoma Valley.

Chef Casey has formulated the following menu to celebrate the wines of Kunde Estate. The Kunde family grows and bottles all of their wines on their 1850 acre Sonoma County Estate which has been in the family since 1904. It is through Sustainable farming and great pride that they produce wines of the highest quality. Sustainable Farming goes above and beyond the normal methods of Organic farming and is much more encompassing of the long term goal for sustainability of the land. The Kunde family prides itself in being among only a handful of wineries to achieve the highest level of Green Business Certification.
