Dine on the Waterway with multiple Spanish tapas selections paired with Osborne wines, one of Spain's most prestigious family-owned wine and spirits producers.
As a young chef, when the consensus path to success went through France, Adolfo Garcia looked to Spain and Latin America for inspiration.
