It all takes place within the glistening atmosphere of The Woodlands Waterway Marriot Hotel and Convention Center which provides the ultimate in Southern charm.
Rendezvousers will view live Chef demonstrations, observe serious Chefs as they compete for the prestigious Waterford Crystal Chef of Chefs Award, and watch the battle of renowned pastry Chefs for the "Just Desserts" Award. Fifty top restaurants will showcase incredible culinary creations and more than 500 wines will be offered for tasting.
