Executive Edwin Chanas has been with Landmark Hospitality for over a year. Having worked at Pappas Brothers Steakhouse before Triniti, and working with Chef's such as Michael Kramer and Justin Basye. The 35 year old chef bring's all he's learned from various Houston kitchens and chefs to his new post where he is free to create.
