Chef Bart Black has been in the business of making people happy through food for over 30 years. Before opening his landmark restaurant, Black's Market Table, Chef Bart was most recently the Executive Chef at Houston Oaks Country Club. In addition to Houston Oaks, Chef Bart has served as the Head of Culinary Activities for the Houstonian Hotel, Minute Maid Park and Redstone Golf Club. He has served as the Cheese Ambassador for the Wisconsin Milk Marketing Board and has been a winning contestant in national culinary competitions. Chef Bart's passion lies in creating long lasting relationships with local farmers, purveyors and food artisans who share his same values, so he can bring the best Houston has to offer to the table.
