Antoine Ware

Executive Chef, Harold's Restaurant, Bar & Terrace

As a  young boy, Antoine Ware knew he wanted to be a chef someday.  Born in New Orleans, his mother taught him her secrets to great southern fare.  After attending Delgado culinary School, Ware worked his way up in prestigious restaurants as Royal Sonesta, Chateau Sonesta, Bacco Bistro and Mr B's Bistro.

Following Hurricane Katrina, Ware relocated to Houston and went to work with Chris Shepherd, the chef of Catalan Restaurant, and later served as Chef at Hay Merchant and The Federal Grill.

Ware now serves as Executive Chef at Harold's Restaurant, Bar & Terrace and Alli's Pizzaria located in the iconic Harold's Building on 19th Street in the Heights.  He creates delicious southern creole cuisine made with local, fresh ingredients.
