Executive Chef, Bob's Steak & Chop House
Born and raised in Springfield, Missouri, Chef Kyle attended Ozarks Technical Community College and graduated in 2011. Studying under Chef Paul Trout, Chef Kyle received his Culinary and Associates Degrees in Hospitality. During his studies, Chef Kyle started his culinary career at Doe’s Eat Place in Springfield. Starting as a Dishwasher, he worked his way through the kitchen mastering all positions. Within the first year, Chef Kyle assumed the lead position in the kitchen.
Looking for more opportunities to advance his culinary skills, Chef Kyle moved to Austin, Texas in the summer of 2012. Chef Kyle was immediately offered an opportunity with Bob’s Steak and Chop House where he was eventually promoted and given the Executive Chef position at Bob’s in The Woodlands, Texas.
