Lidia Bastianich
 

Lidia Bastianich is an Emmy award-winning public television host, best-selling cookbook author, restaurateur and owner of a flourishing food and entertainment business. She is the chef/owner of four acclaimed New York City restaurants - Felidia, Becco, Esca and Del Posto, as well as Lidia's Pittsburgh and Lidia's Kansas City along with her daughter Tanya. Along with her son, Jose Bastianich, Mario Batali and Oscar Farinetti, the team opened Eataly, the largest artisanal Italian food and wine marketplace, in the Flatiron District of New York and the World Trade Center in New York City. She also opened Eataly marketplaces in Chicago, Boston and Sao Paolo while Los Angeles is scheduled to open in the summer of 2017. She is the founder and president of Tavola Productions, an entertainment company that produces high quality broadcast productions. Lidia also has a line of pastas and all natural sauces called LIDIA'S.

Tristen Epps is a visionary chef with a keen eye for avant-garde dishes. His passion for global cuisine began at a young age inspired by his Trinidadian roots. He has dedicated most of his life to traveling the world, fostering his pursuit of culinary innovation and paying homage to global classics.  Since late 2014, Tristen has served as a Sous Chef at the renowned Red Rooster restaurant and as a Chef de cuisine at Streetbird Rotisserie in Harlem, NY, two of the Marcus Samuelsson Group’s landmark restaurants.
