If drinking a fine wine is like magic: mysterious, spellbinding, hypnotic; celebrating 10 magical years of Wine & Food Week will be nothing short of supernatural. Drawing culinary masters and wine experts from around the world, Wine & Food Week uncorks June 2-8 with scores of events featuring more than 500 wines, 50 restaurants, and legendary wine producers and culinary personalities.

Chef John Moeller is a member of an elite corps of chefs, those who have served in the White House preparing tres soigne cuisine for Presidents, First Families, and their guests, including visiting Heads of State. Chef to three First Families, including President George H.W. Bush, President William Jefferson Clinton, and President George W. Bush, Chef Moeller joined the White House kitchen in 1992 as sous chef to Pierre Chambrin and later Walter Scheib, eventually acting as White House Chef in 2005. Over the course of his career in the White House, he focused on creating unique and one-of-a-kind dishes that relied on fresh and flavorful ingredients.

As Director of Winemaking Operations at Robert Mondavi Winery, Gary Midyette oversees cellar, barrel and bottling operations, facility maintenance, winemaking compliance and winemaking operations budgets. Since 2004, Gary has played a vital role in making sure every step of the winemaking process - from barreling to bottling - runs smoothly at the Winery. A member of the winemaking and tasting panel at the Winery, Gary routinely analyzes the quality of the wines being produced. Having worked at Robert Mondavi Winery for nearly thirty years, Gary ensures that the Winery produces superior wines.
