Jasper's Gourmet Backyard Cuisine welcomes Geyer Peak Winemaker Mick Schroeder

Mick's adventurous spirit led him to compete for, and win, a Penfolds scholarship to visit the Chilean wine country, which he parlayed into a six-month sabbatical and an around-the-world ticket for himself and his wife, Linda. A stop to work harvest in California with Daryl Groom led to an invitation to join Geyser Peak as Winemaker. Enjoy his selections paired with Jasper's delicious offerings.
