WWW 2007 RESTAURANT EXHIBITOR GUIDELINES

  • The Grand Tastings will be held in the Marriott Convention Center.
  • The Grand Tastings will be held at Saturday, June 23 from 7:00 pm to 10:00 pm.
  • Grand Tasting dish(es) must be stated on the participation form.
  • A 6-foot skirted table, signage and napkins will be provided.
  • If you will require electricity it MUST be indicated in advance on the following form.
  • Each restaurant is responsible for its own table decor, serving pieces and equipment.
  • THE CONVENTION CENTER DOES NOT PROVIDE KITCHEN FACILITIES OR EQUIPMENT.
  • Menus, brochures and other promotional materials may be displayed.
  • There is no space for additional banners or signage.
  • WWW reserves the right for final approval of all promotional material.
  • 500 sample size tasting portions (2oz.) are recommended.
  • Servings are expected to last the entire three (3) hours.
  • Two (2) worker badges will be provided to you when you check in.
  • Each restaurant will also receive two complimentary tickets to the Wine Rendezvous.
  • Additional tickets are available at a 50% discount if ordered before 6/1/07
  • Logistical information will be sent as the event approaches.
  • Retail sales are prohibited.
